I offer engaging school visits built around my Space Ranger Fred books, designed to inspire children to enjoy stories, creativity, and learning.

My background includes professional public speaking, along with BBC radio interviews and appearances on various podcasts, so I’m confident and comfortable speaking to groups of all sizes, from small classes to full assemblies.

A typical Space Ranger Fred session is lively, fun, and highly interactive. Children are encouraged to join in, ask questions, and become part of the story rather than simply listening. Sessions can be tailored to suit different age groups and time slots.

Schools can choose from:

  • A simple, engaging book reading for younger children

  • An interactive storytelling session with audience participation

  • A creative writing session that helps children build their own characters and ideas

  • A mini workshop exploring how stories are created, from first idea to finished book
